From the rugged highlands of Huehuetenango, this exceptional coffee represents one of Guatemala’s most celebrated growing regions. Coffee has been central to Guatemala’s culture and economy since the 1800s, and the country’s diverse microclimates, volcanic soils, and mountainous terrain create ideal conditions for producing world-class specialty coffee.
Grown at high elevation under natural shade, this SHB (Strictly Hard Bean), EP (European Prepared) coffee develops slowly, resulting in dense beans and refined flavor clarity. The washed process highlights its clean structure and balanced profile, making it both approachable and deeply satisfying.
