Wandering Oak Coffee & Trading Company is an artisan roasting company, proudly veteran-owned and rooted in Boerne, Texas. Founded by Chad Mason in June 2025, we serve the Texas Hill Country with elite, small-batch roasted coffee.

Chad’s passion for coffee began during his years as a Missions Pastor, traveling to communities across the world’s coffee belt. Experiencing coffee at its source—shared in homes, markets, and remote villages—sparked a lifelong fascination. That journey led him to begin roasting in 2014 in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, refining his craft and deepening his love for the art and science of coffee.
Today, Wandering Oak Coffee is dedicated to bringing you exceptional coffee with a story—crafted with care, inspired by the people and places that make it possible.
