Founder Chad Mason began roasting coffee after years of traveling through coffee-growing communities around the world. Those experiences created a passion for exceptional coffee and the people who grow it.

Today every batch is roasted right here in the Texas Hill Country with one goal:

Deliver coffee that's fresh enough to taste the difference.

Our founder started roasting coffee in 2015 while working as a Mission’s Pastor in the Rio Grande Valley. After visiting coffee-growing regions across the globe, he witnessed firsthand how disconnected the supply chain was—especially from the hardworking farmers who grow the beans.

What began as a passion project among friends has grown into a mission-driven roasting company rooted in relationships, ethics, and excellence.

Today, with over 10 years of roasting experience and direct connections to growers, we help local businesses serve coffee that’s fresh, flavorful, and full of purpose.
