Elgon Silverback is a coffee shaped by rich volcanic soils, high elevations, and generations of smallholder farmers. The cool mountain climate allows the beans to mature slowly, developing deep sweetness and a full, satisfying body.
Named after the majestic mountain gorillas of the region, this coffee reflects the strength and character of its origin. Carefully cultivated and washed for clarity, it delivers a smooth, grounded cup with excellent balance.
